incorporated change

In the face of changes to organizational strategy, structure or culture, coaching interventions by the Kampas team are aimed at the following: 1) raising the team’s awareness regarding the need for change, 2) identifying what needs to be changed/developed and 3) developing and incorporating the new behaviors and processes into the day to day.

team coaching Recommended when the company finds that changes require adaptation to new situations, including:

  • a need to enhance the communication process and the process of exchanging information.
  • a desire to develop a trustworthy, committed and responsible relationship with work, in addition to the skill to deal with conflicts and decision-making processes.
  • when aiming to implement a high-performance culture in order to keep a competitive edge in the market.
  • when facing low performance due to a lack of clear objectives, roles and/or processes.
  • a need to establish rules and agreements to implement high-performance work.
  • when involved with projects that are more challenging than usual in terms of innovations, shorter deadlines or greater visibility or when beginning to work with virtual teams.
